![I swear, if you put 'vexed' down on a double-word score ever again, I set your harpsichord on fire. Scrabble with the Decemberists: Okay, new rule, Colin isn't allowed to use his dictionary of archaic words any more.](https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhi_1CfRCYlGPkL-T8-Oyq12moxeSTPM-zYsRm9YPRnazRIoJhZeehet8hNSnuYWxkKs0AgCF_AWESbo8nPcCxPtZsu4CVVmdYHLaEmbNRlWVsfIOMrat7oKKuUENZ69uTG014JRtdZZhew/s400/72.jpg)
This should be read as a cheer for the new Decemberists album: The Hazards of Love. It takes a few listens but I promise you'll fall in love with it. If you're not familiar with the Decemberists or Colin Meloy, they are famous for their obscure vocabulary and flowery lyrics.

Very cool, and I'm loving the new album too. Have tickets for July 18th, are you going?

I LOVE their obscure vocabulary and flowery lyrics!
Joel, thanks for prompting me to revisit this comic. In my delirium of sunday night writing, I said something that made my future self laugh... remeber to check the alt-text* people!
*alt text is actually a misnomer, the little bubbles that pop-up when you pause your mouse over some notable web-comics are actually "title text"
